Why are peoples' names two or more colors?
Because we have a plugin installed and Diana thought it might be a nice and differnt touch to just plain colors. If you have a hard time seeing certain group colors, please take it to the administrators' attention so they can fix it.

Why is the minimum posting requirement five full sentences?
Because it's hard to reply to one sentence. The more that's written, the easier it is to reply to.

How do I earn site currency?
Easy! All you have to do is post! The more active you are in posting, the more Tails you earn.

How do I get music to play on the music player?
You need to link an mp3 file (similar to linking an avatar).

Why is this site one character per account?
Because it's easier to keep track of everything that way. Also, putting the correct characters in the correct groups is a lot easier too. If you have trouble with it, register a global account on Proboards, and that way you can keep all of them under one roof, so to speak.

How many characters can I register?
You can have as many characters as you'd like, but keep in mind how active you can keep them.

Why does this site have so many rules?
Past experiences.

Does my character have to have a last name?
No. Some people like last names for their characters, and others don't. If you don't, that's fine.

Can my character be a mother/father/sibling/pup of an Alpha?
You'll have to contact the Alpha in question over private message.

Can my character have anything unrealistic?
We only accept characters with realistic pelt and eye colors. We do not accept unnatural color, wings, elements, powers, et cetera. Any other questions regarding this should be brought to an administrator's attention. If you want a feature that is unrealistic, you must purchase it from the shop.

Can I join as a pup?
You can, but keep in mind the realism factor. Pups won't survive too long on their own. Also keep in mind what age you want to join them as, because at such an age pups may not know how to hunt themselves.

Can my character have a mutation such as a floppy ear?
Probably, but run it by the administrators first, ok?

Why do you require species and measurements in the application?
One too many fights over whose wolf is bigger. You've heard the expression one bad apple spoils the whole bunch, right?

What if I find information other than what you have on the site for wolf species/something else?
Then bring it to our attention please. However please keep in mind that we may or may not alter the information we have in light of the new information you have.

How do I create my own pack?
Purchase it from the shop.

Can my character automatically join as a member of a pack?
That depends on the Alpha of the pack you want to join. You will have to ask them.

I don't agree with a rule in one of the packs. What do I do?
You have a couple options here. If there is more than one pack, you can join another one. You can try to talk to the Alpha about it. Or, you can take it to an administrator if you want.

How do I know what rank my character has in a pack?
Go to the pack's information board. Your rank will be in there.

How many boards can I have for my pack?
You can have one information board and three role playing boards. The reason for the small number is so the site doesn't look like it's got ten million boards with no one posting in them. Diana has found that too many boards causes a lot of users to feel overwhelmed and anxious and people don't like to join those sites. Any more boards you wish to have must be purchased from the shop.

What are Blood Moon's Emissary rank?
The Emissary work directly for the Alpha family, and carry out assorted tasks. They are kind of like guards, spies, and assassins all rolled into one.

How do I get the Emissary rank in Blood Moon?
Your character has to be appointed to Emissary by a member of the Alpha family.

What is power playing?
Power playing is when you control the actions, thoughts, emotions (et cetera) of another character that is not yours. Also when your character knows information that he or she wasn't given in character.

What is god modding?
God modding is, basically, acting like a God. Some examples of god modding are never taking damage in a fight, auto-hitting and not giving the other player a chance to defend their character, et cetera.

Can I make a role play thread in a pack's territory board, or do I have to use one of the subforums?
You are welcome to make a role play thread in the territory board itself if you'd like. However, if it's better fit in one of the subforums, please use that instead.
